Quite possibly the best unit in the complex! Definitely a rare find -- 3 great sized bedrooms (primary has an ensuite), double garage and generous 20x10 total of storage space at the back of the garage. Central to Vernon and less than $400,000. Wow! Bonus -- it's an end unit, and top floor, tucked at the end of the complex enjoying great valley views and quiet as it is away from the main traffic flow. Appliances and hot water tank are all new in the last 2-4 years. Luckily these developer dodged the Poly B bullet from the 90's so you don't need to worry about that. Strata invests in the maintenance of the building with a new roof just 5 years ago and the recent AGM agreeing to repair the stairwells. This is a great find that offers huge value for money.
